Information submitted with a quote request
The embedded Google Form collects the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, phone number, optional email address, service postal code and municipality, property type, service concern, vent location, preferred timing, access details and contact consent.
How the information is used
Quote-request information is used to review the request, assess service-area fit, contact you about the request, and—when available and with the consent recorded in the form—share the request with one participating local provider so that provider can respond. A request is not posted publicly and does not obligate you to book.
Service providers and sharing
Google processes and stores form responses as the form platform provider. Firebase Analytics and Google process consented website-usage data. GitHub Pages and infrastructure providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. A participating dryer vent provider may receive the information in an opted-in request and will have its own privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Retention
Quote responses remain in the form owner’s Google account until they are deleted. Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, manage referral records, resolve disputes, protect the service and meet legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
Firebase Analytics remains off unless you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, it measures page visits, device and browser details, approximate location, referring sources, and interactions such as quote-button clicks and quote-form views. Firebase and Google may set cookies whose names begin with _ga. Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time through “Cookie settings” in the site footer; declining disables analytics collection and removes accessible analytics cookies for this site. The embedded Google Form uses separate Google technologies required to operate the form and may process technical information under Google’s own terms.
Technical information
The site is hosted through GitHub Pages. GitHub, Google and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages and timestamps under their own privacy terms.
Security
The website and form are delivered over HTTPS. Access to responses is limited through the form owner’s Google account, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for adults researching or arranging property services, not children.
Changes
We may update this policy when the site’s tools, providers or data practices change. The current revision date appears at the top of this page.
